Luxurious and spacious villa with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 people (including extra beds), an area of ​​900 sq.m. An elevator and ramps are located on the ground floor, which can help a person with disabilities when using a wheelchair. External space covers more than 4000 square meters of green spaces. Organized outdoor activities include volleyball, football and table tennis. There is a pool of 180 sq.m with an adjacent special children’s pool. Guests have access to a barbecue area, an open kitchen / refrigerator, a traditional wood-burning stove, a large grill and a comfortable outdoor dining area with a table for more than 20 people.
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with fireplace. There is also a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a separate entrance from the outside. In addition, there is also a very large bathroom with a shower for guests (suitable for people with disabilities). On the way to the first floor there is a very comfortable bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms. The first master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and a large balcony overlooking the garden / pool / mountains. It has a private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. This room also has a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds with a balcony overlooking the garden / pool / mountains, connected to the third bedroom. The third bedroom is a children’s bedroom for our little friends. It has 2 single beds and a nice decoration for children. Outside the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink, which is shared. Both bedrooms are private. The fourth bedroom has a double bed with a balcony overlooking the garden / sea. The balcony connects to the fifth bedroom, which has two single beds. Outside the two bedrooms there is a shared bathroom / shower. Both bedrooms are private. On the third floor there is a loft mezzanine with a convenient writing desk, ideal for remote or creative work. A large double bed on the platform and a bathroom with shower.

This villa can accommodate 4 more people on sofa beds at an additional cost.

Going down the elevator or stairs, we find ourselves in the basement, where the gym and sauna are located (extra charge). There is a one-room apartment with its own kitchen, a double bed, an armchair / sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a separate entrance from the outside. A special treat awaits you downstairs in a traditional Cretan wine cellar.

A private cook is also available upon request at an additional cost.
