The complex is located 2 minutes (by car) from Shinias beach with a pine forest, 10 minutes from the village of Marathonas and the beach, 15 minutes from the suburb of Attica Nea Makri, 20 minutes from the port of Rafina. The complex is located 170 meters (directly) from the sea. Walking to the sea on foot is almost instant (only 3 minutes), and a 10-minute walk – a mini market and a grocery store, where there is everything you need. The beach is rocky in the place where the complex is located, but access to the sea is easy, because there are many places that make it easy to enter and exit the sea. This feature gives a great advantage in the summer months, since it does not attract many swimmers, in contrast to the sandy beach. The sea is always clean and rarely exciting. The village consists of beautiful cottages and villas. The two closest suburbs of Attica are Nea Makri (20.000 inhabitants) and a historic Marathonas (8.000 inhabitants) with many shops, banks, restaurants and taverns. Especially Nea Makri, which is a famous resort, has many fish taverns, clubs, cafes. In addition, the historic place of the Battle of Marathon is just a 10-minute drive from the complex. The famous 5 km long Shinias beach with its corresponding pine forest is only 5 minutes away by car.
