The 3-bedroom villa is located on the island of Crete in Tersanas right on the beach. From the veranda with an area of ​​60 square meters, facing east, south and west, a magnificent view of the bays of Kalatas and Chania opens, against the background of the famous White Mountains.
Enjoy breakfast on the lovely veranda when the sun rises, or relax while enjoying a glass of good Cretan wine at dusk while the sun sinks into the clear blue waters of the Cretan Sea.
At noon, you can sunbathe by the pool, have a cocktail and enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and mountains offered by the excellent location of this villa.
This is a house with an area of ​​240 sq.m, in which all the rooms are almost on the same level. There are only 2-3 steps that separate the main area from the three bedrooms.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a very spacious living room, kitchen and a small auxiliary space next to it, a very spacious and panoramic veranda with magnificent views of the sea and the famous White Mountains.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a veranda with sea views. The second bedroom also includes a double bed and a sofa bed. It also offers beautiful views of the sea and the relaxation area in the courtyard. The third bedroom has two single beds, and also a sea view. The fourth bedroom consists of one double bed, and it is very close to the main area of ​​the house. The main bathroom has a bathtub and a double sink, while the third bathroom has a shower. It is located next to the fourth bedroom.
The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
The dining room, kitchen and living room are on the same square.

The villa is located 100 meters from the sandy beach of Tersana, 8 km from the airport, 12 km from the center of Chania. One kilometer away is Horafakia, where you can find a supermarket. Public transport runs almost every hour from and to Chania.
