The hospitality sector in Athens, Greece is heavily relied on two asset types, the institutional classic hotel heavy asset sector and short term serviced apartment units that are scattered, unbranded and owned by in- dividual owners or local operators.
Athens, a city that is positioned well to attract short term visitors (tourists) as well as mid stay (business travelers) does not offer an organized concrete branded solution. In recent years, international hospitality operators have introduced new dedicated brands to serve this asset class, however none have entered the Greek market.
Based on research conducted by HVS, there will be 13,400 branded serviced apartment units to be poured into major European cities by 2025 with transaction activity on a steep rise.

It is an ambitious venture by constructing two remarkable towers strategically positioned at the entrance/exit of Piraeus. This prime location attracts a significant influx of tourists, business travelers, and medical tourists.
These towering structures, spanning an impressive ten floors each, are strategically situated at the highest point of the region, making them iconic landmarks and among the tallest buildings in the area. In collaboration with a renowned international hotel group ranking among the top 5 globally, we will introduce a distinguished hospitality project. The hotel group’s brand name will prominently adorn the front and side of both towers, ensuring a prestigious and recognizable presence.
This visionary development has garnered strong support from the local government, authorities, and the business community of Piraeus. The construction of these towers is expected to stimulate economic growth, attracting leisure and business travelers, while also creating job opportunities for the surrounding areas while rejuvenating the surrounding areas.
