Access through a private gate from the road leading to Avlaki beach. Villa of 550 square meters on a plot of 5500 square meters with direct access to the beach with a marina. The pool is heated by solar panels and has an electric coating to protect safety in the winter. Entrance to the villa through antique wooden doors. The main villa offers 5 en-suite bedrooms. The villa has central  air-conditioning, laundry, utility room, gym and cinema on the lower level. On the ground floor there is a large bright living room with double windows, a kitchen and a dining room. There is a guest house on a plot.
