This is a unique villa located in a seaside village in the central part of Greece, near the cities of Athens and Thessaloniki. Hair.

The village
The official name of the village is Amaliapolis in honor of Queen Amalia of Greece. Nevertheless everybody refers to the village as Mitzela. It is a scenic village, a holiday place for people who are looking for quality away from the tourist traps of most islands. It has a bakery, grocery store, super market, butcher shop, kiosk. The center of the village is the square, facing the sea, towards Mount Pelion. There, and along the coast are cafes, taverns and bars. The village has a sheltered harbor for boats and small vessels.
The village belongs to the Municipality Almyros, which is 20 kilometers away, where are all public services, health center, pharmacies, banks, shops, archeological museum.

The sea in the Gulf of Pagasitikos is always calm. In Amaliapolis/ Mitzela the sea is ideal for children and adults, as it is a sheltered bay with crystal clear waters. Below the house there are small beaches with easy access, which are particularly quiet. On the other hand the village has an organized beach, beach canteens and bars etc. The calm sea provides an opportunity for swimming, skiing, water sports, fishing and trips around the gulf of Pagasitikos, in deserted beaches and other resorts.
The coastline of Pelion, Trikeri and its islets are ½ hour away by speed boat.
Evia and Sporades islands are 1 hour plus, by speed boat.
